This also includes several 5 – 10MW solar PV projects under the small REIPPP window and several municipality projects where Pele Green Energy has been named a preferred bidder. Pele Green Energy was selected as the reserve bidder for the 60MW PV plant for Sibanye and is in the process of pre-qualifying under several African utility procurement programmes, where Pele Green Energy seeks to make a lasting impact on the future electricity generation blend of the continent.
Additionally, Pele Green Energy developed an off-grid, stand-alone 54 kW system in Jozini in Northern KwaZulu Natal, allowing farmers to achieve energy independence.
Currently, Pele Green Energy together with Sola Future is in the process of commissioning
